After years in the rumor mills, several new businesses are on the way to Covington Town Center. Fuqua Development, a development group behind many of the projects at the 180-acre mixed-use development, officially announced on its website four new retail businesses: Marshalls, Five Below, Burlington and PetSmart. Joining the four retailers will be the chain restaurant, Texas Roadhouse.
